Are all home games included?

All competitive home games at the Copper Box are included.

How do I access my tickets?

You will access all tickets through your Ticketmaster account. Be sure to download the Ticketmaster App in order to show your tickets at the door.

Can a friend or family member use my ticket I can't attend a game?

Yes, as long as they are in the same age group. For example, an adult must use an adult ticket - they cannot use a children's ticket or concession ticket.

Am I allowed to resell my ticket if I can't attend a game?

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to re-sell your tickets.

Can I switch seats if I'm not happy with the one I've chosen?

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to switch your seats once you've purchased your Season Tickets.

Can I upgrade my ticket?

No.

If I purchase a Men's Season Ticket, is the Women's Season Ticket included?

No. You will need to purchase a Women's Season Ticket separately.
